Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking the services of Roxi Miller Makeup Artist. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm your chosen date and location. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of four people (including the bride) is required for all bookings.

3. Travel: Travel within Hampshire is included in the package. Additional charges may apply for locations outside of Hampshire.

4. Trial: A trial is mandatory for the bride and must be scheduled before the wedding day.

5. Final Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding day.

6. Bridal Parties: Larger bridal parties of six or more may require a second artist. This will be confirmed once the final numbers are confirmed.

7. Pricing: All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Medical Conditions: It is important to notify us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the trial to ensure a safe and suitable makeup application.

9. Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client are non-refundable, including any unpaid balance at any point.

10. Photography and Social Media: The client agrees that the artist may take photos for the purpose of social media and website content.

11. Liability: Roxi Miller Makeup Artist is insured by Salon Gold with public liability indemnity.
